Valley of the Sun United Way thanks Scottsdale Insurance Company for its commitment to the community. The Scottsdale Insurance campaign saw tremendous success this year thanks to the planning and dedication of their United Way Campaign Board and Committee Members.

The Board is made up of leaders from across the organization, which helps ensure sponsorship throughout the campaign. They began planning and creating sub-committees months before the campaign kick-off, allowing for committee members to get on the same page and deliver campaign activities seamlessly.

As a result, employee participation in the campaign sailed past their participation goal of 72%, to reach 76%. This is 6% over their last year's participation rate. Scottsdale Insurance employees will celebrate the success of their campaign with a fun wrap-up event including a mock game show, guest speakers, raffles and a manager who will shave his head to congratulate his team for surpassing their goal.
